What Freshness Means at SportsyVibe
Sports change quickly. Schedules, rosters, injuries, standings, media rights, streaming availability, venue names, prices and platform lineups can become outdated even when an article was accurate when published. SportsyVibe treats those facts as time-sensitive rather than permanent.
What We Recheck
For time-sensitive stories and guides, we prioritize current league, team, governing-body, broadcaster, platform and venue sources. When a claim depends on a season, date, market or region, that context should be visible to the reader.
Updates and Corrections
Material factual changes should be updated when identified. If an older page remains useful but the underlying information has changed, we update the relevant section, add date or season context, or clearly distinguish historical information from current information.
Evergreen vs. Current Coverage
Historical explainers, venue history and rules background can remain useful for long periods. Schedules, availability, prices, rights, active rosters and breaking developments require more frequent checking. SportsyVibe uses different freshness expectations for those two types of content.
